U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 1 are pleased to announce an online training series July 20-22, 2021 on Lead-based Paint Rules to raise awareness and understanding of lead-based paint rules and regulations, including: The Lead Disclosure Rule; Lead-based Paint Activities Rule; Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule; and Lead-Safe Housing Rule. This information is critical for housing and property managers, real estate professionals, environmental officers, home improvement contractors, subcontractors, firms, or individuals that manage or maintain housing or child-occupied facilities (e.g., day care centers, schools) built before 1978, and other interested individuals working or living in New England.
